What is the content of the software product?
After completing the purchase, a mail will be sent to you to download the software package. The package will contain: Zodiac.NET assemblies, documentation materials, CSS styles files and sample projects.
How to get the software license of my website?
The software package will contain by default a development license to use for the development in your local machine. You will need to contact the customer support to get your registered domain license that should be used instead for your published websites.
What is the policy of the software upgrade?
You are eligible to recieve free major upgrades within one year from the purchase.
Is there any trial version of the software?
We don't currently provide any trial versions of the software. You can check the full technical documentation before purchasing. Please contact us if you have any technical inquiry regarding the software.
What is the refund policy?
You can request a refund for your order within one week from placing your order. We don't accept any refund requests if you have requested and recieved your domain license.
